The payment is a service fee. If our team fails to handle the request or a student can’t enroll due to unforeseen situations, then 100% of the service fee will be refunded. Note that this is only in a situation where the consultancy or classes couldn’t hold and our team feel they can’t be rescheduled or in critical cases of ill health.
